Who we are

Omega Growth (omegaxgrowth.com) runs this website.

What we collect

Details you send us through the contact form or booking calendar: name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, website and any notes you add.

Usage data from analytics and advertising tools, only after you give consent through the cookie banner.

Where we know how you found us, we also keep the campaign details in the link you clicked (UTM tags and ad click IDs) for up to 90 days in a first-party cookie.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, book and run calls, and improve this website. We contact you about your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Meta pixel) load only after you accept the relevant category in the cookie banner (CookieYes). If you reject them they do not load. You can change your choice at any time from the banner link.

When you submit the contact form or book a call, we also send the event to Meta through its Conversions API. The email address and phone number in that event are hashed (a one-way scrambled form) before they leave our server.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data on our instructions: Google (Analytics 4), Meta (pixel and Conversions API), CookieYes (cookie consent), Cal.com (booking), GoHighLevel (CRM and follow-up), Beehiiv (newsletter, if you subscribe) and Netlify (hosting and form handling).

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us through the contact page to make a data request. Depending on your location, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, UK GDPR and PECR, or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law may apply to how we handle your data.
